When a company make some changes in its operation, employees will have questioning mind as to what it is all about and how it would affect them. Whether you are introducing a new method or relocating your company, managing the change carefully is of great importance. If you implement change in your company too fast, you will risk alienating risk them or have people resigning. While if you do the change at a very slow pace, you might not also see the benefits for your business sooner than when you planned it. One change that is no different is a move to the cloud system, and this for sure will garner questions from employees, like if they will be replaced by automation or they will lose their jobs and so on.
